What does it cost?

In most cases the cost works out to be between £50 and £100 per cremation. Contact us for an individual quote.

How long is the contract?

Ten years

Can other costs be included?

Yes. Costs such as consultancy, building works, architects fees etc. related to the operation of the crematorium can be included. Contact us with your requirements

What happens at the end of the contract?

After five years, or half way through the contract, we shall arrange to meet with you to discuss the operation of the MES and ascertain your requirements beyond the initial period. We shall outline a number of options including:-

Reverting to outright ownership
Extension of the MES for existing equipment
Extension with additional equipment
All taking into consideration current and forecast levels of throughput

It is then your choice as to how the relationship progresses. If you wish to re-negotiate arrangements at any time during the contract period to reflect changing requirements, we shall gladly outline the options available.
